The hotel was a mixed experience for me. The room was not as clean as expected for a 4-star hotel, but the bed was big and comfortable, and the breakfast was good in the morning. The service provided by the hotel management and staff was absolutely fantastic, which stood out during my stay. The location was a bit far from everything, making it a bit inconvenient, but I would still consider traveling the distance to stay here again. The dining experience was decent, nothing extraordinary but not bad either. Overall, a stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel exceeded my expectations with a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival, but the cleanliness fell short for a 4-star establishment. The initial high temperature in the room and hallways was uncomfortable, although the upgrade was a nice gesture.
